St Luke's Grammar School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and dedicated Computing and Mathematics Teacher to join our teaching team.

The successful applicant will be suitably qualified and passionate about teaching both Computing and Mathematics, with a commitment to providing engaging learning experiences and supporting students to achieve their potential. You will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the wider life of the School.

Key responsibilities:
n

- Actively develop an understanding of the LEARNING@STLUKE'S Framework and incorporate this into teaching programs and practice
n
- Teaching Computing (including Software Engineering) and Mathematics
n
- Create a positive learning setting in the classroom, implement effective classroom management skills and promote student responsibility for learning
n
- Differentiate teaching programs and develop strategies to meet the learning needs of students
n
- Integrate technology into the delivery of teaching programs
n
- Design and implement a range of formative and summative assessments that include assessment of assessment for and assessment as learning
n
- Work collaboratively as a member of a team
n
- Use a restorative justice approach to student management
n
- Participate in Professional Learning Groups
n
- Involvement in the Pastoral program of the School
n
- Participate in the Co-curricular and School Camping program as required
n
- Attendance at staff meetings, Chapel and other School events, when required and as directed
n
- Involvement in School activities and relevant functions
n
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Principal
n
