Department of Communities in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to coordinate assessment and residential plans for assigned children and young people, while supervising Residential Care Workers in all matters impacting therapeutic care.

You will work as part of a supportive team, empower colleagues with experience, and contribute to best outcomes for children in care, with a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and awake nights to cover 24/7 services.
