- Ideation, conceptualization, and development of new innovative products, including validation of development results in line with customer requirements in the field of connectivity.
n
- Close coordination with internal and external customers or project teams, as well as project management.
n
- Focus on rapid prototyping and testing, as well as collaboration with early adopters to validate market potential.
n
- Communicating results and market potential to both technical and non-technical stakeholders or audiences.
n
- Supporting the patent application process to protect new developments.
n
- Participation in industry and trade fairs, as well as willingness to travel for customer appointments.
n
- Scan and scout new technologies to pursue cutting-edge approaches and applications
n
- Initiate, plan, and execute projects with multiple levels of complexity that may require collaboration across regional and international teams
n
- Maintain, operate and manage lab equipment as necessary
n
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

n

n
- Master's degree in a technical field- prefer Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
n
- Passionate and open minded with an entrepreneurial mindset: you are a "maker"
n




- Enthusiastic about technology in core applications as well as adjacent related fields and scientific disciplines
n
- Over 3 years of experience in new product development
n
- Strong networking skills and the desire to work in a cross-functional team
n
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
n
- Thorough understanding of the fundamental scientific process and engineering principles
n
- Proficient with 3D&2D Modeling/drawing and simulation software tools (e.g.,Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.) used for design, analysis and reporting
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to effectively present ideas to executives and customers
n
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with written and oral communication for technical and business purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree or above in engineering from a renowned university
n
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering design, and manufacturing
n
- Familiar with products/components applicaion in data center and robotics industry
