We're partnering with a global organisation to appoint a Learning & Onboarding Lead who will take ownership of the onboarding experience across the business, ensuring every new employee feels connected, engaged and ready to perform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing meaningful learning experiences, influencing stakeholders and delivering programs that enhance engagement, capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience.
n
- Design and deliver engaging learning initiatives that support capability development and business performance.
n
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and create targeted development solutions.
n
- Drive employee experience initiatives across key stages of the employee lifecycle.
n
- Measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
n




- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver a consistent onboarding experience globally.
n

About You

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Employee Experience or Talent Development.
n
- Proven success designing and delivering onboarding programs at scale.
n
- Experience supporting global or multi-country workforces.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
n
- Passionate about creating engaging employee experiences and learning solutions.
n
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on role whilst contributing strategically.
n
