We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to an NDIS participant in Orchard Hills, NSW.

About the Role

n

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

n

n
- Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
n
- Assist with personal care, community access, and daily living activities.
n
- Support participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with participants.
n
- Maintain accurate shift notes, progress notes, and incident reports.
n
- Follow all relevant NDIS policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.
n

n

Preferred Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Care.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n




- Experience supporting participants with personal care and daily living activities is highly regarded.
n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
- Working With Children Check (WWCC), where applicable.
n
- National Police Check.
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
n
- Valid Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – Quality, Safety and You.
