The Role

n

Reporting to the Test Practice Manager, you will support a digital transformation's project testing activities. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will take on all forms of functional and technical automation testing under the guidance of a Test Manager.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycles
n
- Deep analysis and creating complex test case scenarios using industry test tools
n
- Analysing test results, documenting root causes, and collaborating with Development teams for issue resolution
n
- Helping establish best practices in testing and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes
n
- Creating test plans,



executing tests and producing reports ensuring comprehensive test coverage, traceability and quality delivery
n
- Mentor and assist team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence
n
- Be willing to perform a combination of Test Automation and/or Manual Functional testing as required
n

You

n

You're a career Test professional with experience building scalable, efficient test solutions using a risk-based test approach. Your skills with stakeholder management and effective communication skills will see you succeed in this role.

n

Other skills and experiences include:

n

n
- Demonstrated knowledge of test methodologies, approaches and frameworks
n
- Hands‐on experience as a Senior Test Analyst or equivalent role
n
- Knowledge in Cloud and Desktop platforms including software such as Azure AIS and DevOps
n
- Sound understanding of functional and integration testing
n
- Proven track record in agile delivery environments in collaboration with diverse teams
n
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Finance or construction management systems will be highly regarded
n
- Experience with UiPath or Playwright Test Automation tools, or equivalent, will be highly regarded
n
