We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer / Field Support Specialist to join our growing NSW team. This role is ideal for a hands‐on technical qualified with field installation experience and a strong background in technical product training.

About the role
n
n
- Deliver technical training on gas hot water, heat pump and heating products to contractors, plumbers and Rinnai employees.
n
- Develop and maintain effective training materials, programs and technical documentation.
n
- Provide onsite technical and field support to our warranty contractor network.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated installation, product, service and customer enquiries.
n
- Complete workshop product conversions and support product incident investigations.
n
- Ensure warranty contractors meet required competency and quality standards.
n
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and undertake some regional travel.
n
n
About you
n
n
- A relevant trade qualification in plumbing, gas fitting and/or refrigeration.
n
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of the design, installation, servicing, operation and repair of gas and heat pump hot water, electrical and/or refrigeration appliances.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical product training.
n
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills together with excellent communication skills.
n
- A practical, customer-focused approach and the confidence to provide technical support in the field.
n
