Program Finance Analyst - Technology Transformation

- 6 month ongoing contract with multiple extensions - 3+ year program of work

- Support a large technology transformation program - $50-100M

We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Analyst to support a large-scale technology transformation program. This role will work closely with program leadership, project managers and finance teams to provide accurate financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insights.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage program budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
n
- Monitor actual expenditure, commitments, accruals and cash flow
n
- Complete variance analysis and identify financial risks
n
- Maintain project cost models and estimate-at-completion forecasts
n
- Support month-end reporting and financial governance
n
- Track vendor expenditure, purchase orders and invoices
n
- Provide financial insights to program and project managers
n




- Develop clear reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
n
- Support business cases and investment decisions
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience as a Project Finance Analyst, Project Accountant, Cost Controller or Project Controller
n
- Experience supporting large technology, digital or transformation programs
n
- Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
n
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
n
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools
n
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
n
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced program environment
n
- Long term ongoing contract to start ASAP
n
