Job Opportunity

We are looking for a bubbly, organised, and unflappable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team, on a part time basis.
n
Working Hours
n
The role offers an ongoing Monday and Wednesday (9am-5pm), with the possibility of occasional extra shifts.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Are available to work Monday and Wednesday, 9am-5pm.
n
- Have experience in customer service (bonus points if that has been within a veterinary clinic)
n
- Be the face (and voice) of our practice, helping both two-legged and four-legged clients feel welcome.
n
- Have stellar communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.
n
- We love a team player!
n
- Have the ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy.
n
- Are computer savvy with good attention to detail.
n
- Roll out the red carpet for pets and their humans.
n
- Answer phones with a smile they can actually hear.
n
- Manage appointments like a scheduling wizard.
n
- Comfort nervous pets (and sometimes nervous owners).
n
- Process payments and handle basic administration.
n
- Have a genuine love for animals and their well-being.
n
n
