Ericsson is seeking a highly skilled MS Core Cloud Specialist – Fixed Voice to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This senior role requires deep expertise in Ribbon and GENBAND voice switching platforms to support and evolve Fixed Voice network infrastructure across Australian Data Centers.

You will operate and maintain Fixed Voice nodes, perform fault management, upgrade software, configure C20 elements, monitor KPIs with Grafana, manage SBC provisioning, and collaborate with cross-domain teams.
