An exciting opportunity as a Finance Associate has a risen in a newly created role, joining a leading Sydney-based real estate private equity manager with AUM in the billions.

Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, this role will support the finance function across the Funds investment portfolio, with strong exposure to asset-levelfinancial analysis, modelling, forecasting and investor reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead asset-level budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
n
- Analyse property performance and provide commercial insights to Asset Management
n
- Prepare investor and co-investor reporting
n
- Manage property trust accounting and distributions
n
- Support audit, tax and financial control processes
n
- Develop and improve financial models, reporting processes and systems
n
- Provide financial analysis to support investment and capital expenditure decisions
n

About you:

n

n
- 3+ years' relevant accounting/finance experience
n
- Real estate, private equity or funds management experience highly regarded
n
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing towards qualification
n
- Solid financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
n
- Understanding of property, trust and fund accounting structures
n
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and communication skills
n

n

The successful candidate will have a solid accounting, audit or business services background while also having already gained experience in some analytical and commercial capacity.
