- Own and prioritise the supply chain technology backlog in Jira

- Gather requirements and manage 3-4 parallel improvement initiatives

- Act as the link between business stakeholders and the third-party development partner

- Support the software development lifecycle end to end, from discovery through hypercare

- Play a key role as the new Distribution Centre comes online
n
- Manage continuous improvement across warehouse, e-commerce and fulfilment operations
n
- Shape the technology implementation of the recent automated Distribution Centre
n

Requirements
n
n
- Prior experience in the supply chain or fulfilment domain
n
- Warehouse operations experience; omnichannel fulfilment experience highly regarded
n
- Hands-on experience with a tier-one warehouse management system, such as Blue Yonder or Manhattan
n
- Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining BAU operations
n
- Comfortable working across Agile and traditional delivery methods
n
- Confident engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Exposure to a large-scale Distribution Centre build or warehouse automation project is nice to have
n
- Familiarity with carrier integrations such as Shippit or Startrack is nice to have
n
