- Develop and manage rebate agreements and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Analyse rebate data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate rebate calculations and reporting.
n
- Oversee the reconciliation of rebate accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
n
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve rebate strategies and performance.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate payments of rebates to stakeholders.
n
- Maintain strong documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
n
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.

A successful Rebates Transformation Manager will be able to demonstrate:

- Robust expertise in accounting and finance, specifically in rebate management.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data effectively.

- Microsoft D365 experience.

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
