We are looking for a reliable, practical and hard-working Events Labourer / All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. One day you might be cleaning and preparing event equipment, the next you could be loading trucks, delivering equipment or helping build a marquee.

The role
n
Your day-to-day work will include:
n
n
- Cleaning and preparing event hire equipment
n
- Loading and packing trucks for upcoming jobs
n
- Unloading and returning equipment after events
n
- Delivering and collecting equipment
n
- Helping build and pack down marquees
n
- General yard, warehouse and equipment maintenance
n
- Keeping equipment, trucks and work areas clean and organised
n
n
You will be working both independently and as part of a small team, so being able to take direction, work efficiently and get stuck into a job is important.

- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work

- Doesn't mind working outdoors and getting their hands dirty

- Has a practical,
hands-on approach
n
- Can follow instructions and work safely
n
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
n
- Is willing to learn new skills
n
- Can work independently once shown what needs to be done
n
- Has a current Australian driver's licence (car licence)
n
- Previous experience in events, equipment hire, warehousing, construction, landscaping, removals or a similar hands-on role is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right person
n

What we offer

- 30–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

- Occasional weekend work when required for events
