Nhulundu Health Service in Gladstone is seeking a Family Wellbeing Officer to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide practical services, promote positive health outcomes and strengthen family well-being in the community.

The role involves facilitating access to services, advocacy, parenting education, and fostering cultural and kinship connections across the region, with regular outreach beyond Gladstone.
