I'm currently recruiting for a Manager – Operational Risk opportunity within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a Line 2 Operational Risk role, partnering closely with Line 1 to provide oversight, constructive challenge and risk expertise across the business.

n

The role will focus on:

n

n
- RCSA facilitation, risk assessments and control effectiveness
n
- Incident & issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation
n
- Risk-in-change across major projects and initiatives
n
- Operational risk reporting, thematic analysis and emerging trends
n
- GRC systems, risk data and action tracking
n
- Building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and strengthening risk culture
n

n

What they're looking for:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience across Operational Risk, Risk & Assurance, Compliance or a related discipline
n
- Hands‐on RCSA experience
n
- Solid incident, issue and remediation experience
n
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to provide constructive challenge
n
- Experience working in a Line 2 setting
n
- GRC / risk systems experience highly regarded
n
