We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our FOH team as a Duty Manager, with opportunities across a multi-site venue. Whether you're pouring the perfect beer, running a busy service, leading a team or creating memorable guest experiences, we're looking for people who take genuine pride in hospitality and want to be part of a great local venue.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills
n
- Experience opening and closing a venue
n
- Experience with POS systems and microsoft excel
n
- Strong knowledge of service standards and hospitality operations
n
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A mature, qualified and hands‐on approach
n
- Current RSA certificate – essential
n
- RMLV – desirable
n
- Knowledge or passion for craft beer would be an advantage
n

This is a full-time salaried position with a 5-day roster. Our venue operates without early morning starts or excessively late nights, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a sustainable hospitality career.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you'll be responsible for:

- Delivering friendly, attentive and professional service

- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
n
- Pouring and presenting our range of craft beers
n
- Creating memorable guest experiences
n
- Supporting smooth and efficient service
n
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety and compliance standards
n
- Supporting and developing your team
n
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
n
- Overseeing daily operations and leading the venue during service
n
- Opening and closing the venue and ensuring all operational procedures are followed
n
