Job Description

West Northants Council is seeking a Senior Lawyer (Adult Social Care) to join our Legal Services team. You'll provide expert legal advice and representation across Adult Social Care matters, supporting the Council to meet statutory duties while safeguarding vulnerable adults.

As a senior member, you'll mentor colleagues, lead court appearances, advise on Care Act 2014, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and policy projects, contributing to a resilient, customer-focused legal service.
