About the Role
n
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of blue- and white-collar vacancies. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team, you will coordinate recruitment activity from advertising and candidate engagement through to interviews, offers and onboarding. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast‐paced, people‐focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activity across a high volume of vacancies
n
- Manage job advertising, applications and candidate communications
n
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
n
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment systems and talent pipelines
n
- Prepare employment contracts, offers and onboarding documentation
n
- Support recruitment events, career expos and talent attraction initiatives
n
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders
n
- Deliver a skilled and positive candidate experience
n
- Manage confidential candidate and employee information with discretion
n

About You

You are an organised and proactive recruitment professional who enjoys working across multiple vacancies and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role
n
- Experience working within a high‐volume recruitment environment
n
- Exposure to recruiting across blue- and white‐collar positions
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
