The Opportunity

Supporting a dedicated business portfolio, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This is a true generalist role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build solid stakeholder relationships while contributing to broader HR initiatives.

- Recruitment and talent acquisition

- Employee relations and performance management

- Policy advice and interpretation

- Learning and development initiatives

- Employee engagement activities

- Remuneration and annual people processes

- HR operations and compliance support

- Coaching leaders on people-related matters

Working within a supportive HR team, you'll partner with both local and regional stakeholders,



providing pragmatic HR advice while balancing business needs and organisational frameworks.

About You

n

You are a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and providing practical, commercially minded advice.
n You'll bring:

n

- 3-5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
n
- Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
- Confidence managing competing priorities and working autonomously
n
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups
n
