The Role:

Be our Store Manager superstar for The Cairns Store + LEGO/Kaboom concepts at Cairns Airport.

n

As a Multi-Site Store Manager at Cairns Airport, you'll lead multiple stores and teams, creating an aligned, high-performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. No two days will be the same – and you'll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers.

What You'll Do:

- Be a customer experience champion – leading by example
n
- Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best
n
- Manage store operations & performance with accountability
n
- Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting
n
- Build a positive, respectful team culture
n
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
n
- Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on point
n

What We're Looking For:

n

- Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship store
n
- Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals
n
- Strong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teams
n
- A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
n
- Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members
n




- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
n
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
n
