Project Manager - ERP (TechnologyOne Student Management)

This is an opportunity to lead a significant ERP and student administration transformation within a complex organisation. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across the TechnologyOne ecosystem, helping modernise and enhance critical student management capabilities.

Success in this role will come from your ability to create clarity in ambiguity, establish strong delivery practices and build momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.

Role Summary

- Location: Townsville location preferred. Willing to consider candidates who can commit to a FIFO arrangement.

- Tenure: 6-month contract

- Rates: Negotiable

About the Role

n

You will lead projects across the TechnologyOne environment, with a particular focus on Student Management and associated business process transformation.

n

Working across business and technology teams, you'll drive planning, governance, vendor engagement and delivery execution, ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic outcomes and operational priorities.

n

This environment is still building delivery maturity, making this an excellent opportunity for a PM who enjoys creating structure, improving governance and embedding best-practice project management disciplines.

Role Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end delivery of TechnologyOne and Student Management related projects.
n
- Drive project planning, governance, scheduling and execution activities.
n




- Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, scope and success measures.
n
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, advantages tracking and financial reporting.
n
- Establish and maintain effective RAID processes.
n
- Manage project dependencies, schedules and resource requirements.
n
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and internal delivery teams.
n
- Drive organisational change, stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities.
n
- Manage project risks, issues, scope changes and decision-making processes.
n
- Deliver regular project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.
n
- Other duties as required.

Essential Experience

n

n
- Proven experience delivering TechnologyOne projects in a Project Manager capacity.
n
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation initiatives.
n
- Strong project governance, financial management, RAID management and stakeholder engagement capability.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience delivering TechnologyOne Student Management implementations or enhancements.
n
- Experience within education, training or student administration environments.
n

n
