EasyA is partnering with Dynamic Bradview Roofing to recruit a trade-qualified Roof Plumber with metal roofing experience, ready to step into an Area Supervisor role, leading projects and teams across multiple sites.

About the Role
n
As the Area Manager / Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day roofing operations across Brisbane/Southeast Queensland. You will lead the delivery team, coordinate schedules, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support roofing crews across multiple project sites
n
- Conduct WHS checks, risk assessments, and site audits
n
- Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
n
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for onsite issues
n
- Monitor job quality, variations, and performance metrics
n
- Uphold strong safety culture and compliance with company standards
n
- Prepare operational reports and maintain project documentation
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- Previous experience in metal roofing.
n
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair methods.
n
- Ability to diagnose roof issues and implement practical repair solutions.
n
- Competence in working safely at heights and using fall protection equipment.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- White Card (Construction Induction).
n
- You must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights and operating in varied weather conditions.
