The opportunity
n
As the Care ServicesManager, you will lead the care management and clinical functionsacross Warrigal Home Services. Bringing strong leadershipcapability, a passion for person-centred care, and a commitment toclinical excellence, you will ensure services are safe, effective,and aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
n
Reporting to the General Manager Home Services, you will providestrategic and operational leadership across care management,clinical governance, and multidisciplinary care services.
n
You will provide leadership and oversight acrossmultidisciplinary care teams including Care Partners (clinical andnon-clinical), nursing, allied health, day programs, and emergingvirtual care services. Your focus will be on delivering consistent,high-quality care through robust assessment processes, effectivecare planning, strong clinical governance, and evidence-basedpractice.

Working in close partnership with the Operations Manager HomeServices, you will align clinical decision-making with servicedelivery, workforce capability, and client demand, supporting bothexceptional client outcomes and sustainable service growth.

Through your leadership, you will make a meaningful impact onclients, families, and communities, enhancing the wellbeing ofolder Australians and supporting them to live safely andindependently at home.

What you'll bring
n
Essential
n
n
- Tertiary qualification in health (Bachelor of Nursing,Allied Health or equivalent) with current registration with theAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) whereapplicable
n
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership or casemanagement within aged care, home care or communityservices
n
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams includingnursing, allied health professionals and care managers
n
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality andrisk management frameworks
n
- Demonstrated ability to interpret client and operationaldata to improve service outcomes
n
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuousimprovement
n
- Postgraduate qualification in aged care, gerontology orhealth management
n
- Experience working within the home or community servicessector
n
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Support at Home reformchanges
n
- Experience in virtual care models or digitally enabledhealth services
n
