Accounts Clerk – Immediate Start | Padstow, Sydney

We specialise in fencing, balustrading, louvre and privacy screens, frameless glass, and automated gate systems.

We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Clerk with a positive, can-do attitude to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a stable and supportive business.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accounts receivable, invoicing, and following up overdue accounts
n
- Processing supplier invoices and bills in a timely manner
n
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
n
- Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations
n
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
n
- Supporting bank and credit card reconciliations
n




- General administrative duties, including taking customer orders
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and payable
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
n
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
n
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
n
- Good organisational skills
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB
n
