Job Description

Reporting to the Civil Project Manager, you'll play a key role across a variety of civil projects.

n

You'll work both independently and collaboratively, helping drive site productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

n

Projects range from build pads and carparks to subdivisions and more-so no two days are the same.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Operating machinery including graders-final trim, excavators, loaders, rollers, posi tracks, and trucks
n
- Leading site activities in the absence of the Civil Project Manager
n
- Conducting daily pre-starts and reporting maintenance requirements
n
- Implementing and maintaining quality control standards
n
- Ensuring plant and vehicles are maintained to a high standard (including weekly cleaning)
n
- Upholding all health, safety, and environmental requirements
n
- Completing accurate daily reporting and documentation
n




- Identifying site challenges and delivering practical solutions
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Proven experience in civil construction operations
n
- Final Trim and GPS experience -(essential)
n
- Strong capability operating a range of civil machinery
n
- White Card(essential)
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport(essential)
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
n
- Solid understanding of civil construction methods and materials
n
- Experience in subdivisions and commercial earthworks (highly regarded)
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills
n
- Detail-focused with sound problem-solving ability
n
- Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
n
- Comfortable with basic digital reporting tools
n
