Executive Housekeeper/Co-Ordinator - Vaucluse, Sydney

A wonderful opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join a lovely family in their beautiful home in Vaucluse, Sydney.

n

This is a long-term position suited to someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a luxury private residence to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and smooth operation of the home, while assisting with the coordination of trades, maintenance projects and household logistics.

n

Location: Vaucluse, Sydney
n Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
n Salary: Circa $105,000 AUD per annum (DOE)
n Start Date: When Found

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Maintaining the residence to an exceptional housekeeping standard
n
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
n
- Home organisation and presentation
n
- Making beds and changing linen
n
- Coordinating trades, maintenance contractors and builders
n
- Liaising with contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
n
- Managing household supplies and inventory
n
- Identifying and reporting maintenance requirements
n




- Running occasional household errands as required
n
- Providing care for two friendly family dogs
n
- Previous experience working within a high-end private residence
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- National Police Check (or able to acquire)
n
- Willingness to sign a Confidentiality (NDA) Agreement
n
- Outstanding professional references
n
- Highly organised, proactive and discreet
n
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
n
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
