The Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead the delivery of corporate, broadcast, and hybrid events across Australia. This is a senior, client-facing production leadership role responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from concept through to delivery. You will oversee end-to-end production planning, technical coordination, budgeting, and onsite execution, ensuring every event is delivered to a high professional and commercial standard.

You will lead senior technicians and production teams across a diverse range of corporate and hybrid environments — including conferences, brand activations, broadcast-integrated events, and complex technical builds.

This role requires a production professional who is confident operating at scale, with proven experience delivering large-format events at arena or major venue level, or equivalent high-complexity live production environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate, broadcast, and hybrid events from concept through to completion
n
- Manage and grow senior client relationships, ensuring consistent service and repeat business
n
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing budgets, schedules, and production resources
n
- Lead senior technicians and production teams to deliver high-quality event outcomes
n
- Prepare and review production quotes, budgets, CAD drawings, and technical documentation
n
- Attend events onsite to provide production leadership, oversight, and escalation management
n




- Ensure all technical delivery is robust, compliant, and aligned with client objectives
n
- Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts and translate ideas into practical production solutions
n
- Contribute creative input to enhance audience engagement, event impact, and delivery outcomes
n
- Drive continuous improvement across workflows, systems, and production processes
n
- Mentor and develop production and technical capability across the team
n
- Occasionally support touring and live event projects as required
n

About You

n

You are a highly experienced Senior Production professional with a strong background in AV, corporate, broadcast, or hybrid event delivery. You are confident in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships and production standards.

n

You bring both technical capability and creative thinking, with the ability to translate client ideas into well-executed, high-impact events.

You Will Bring

- Extensive experience in corporate, broadcast, or hybrid event production at a senior level
n
- Proven experience delivering large-scale events at arena, stadium, or major venue level, or equivalent high-complexity live environments
n




- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
n
- High-level client and stakeholder management skills with a focus on long-term relationships
n
- Experience leading senior technical teams and multi-disciplinary production crews
n
- Ability to prepare accurate quotes, budgets, and technical production documentation
n
- Strong working knowledge of CAD drawings and technical event planning
n
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical and cutting-edge event solutions
n
- Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making capability
n
- Flexibility to occasionally support touring or live event productions

- Requirements

- Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle (essential)

- Willingness to work occasional weekends and travel interstate
n

This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with occasional interstate travel across Australia.
