Salary $120,000- $135,000 pro rata depending on level of experience

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Psychologist who wants to be part of an innovative interdisciplinary team and help pioneer a current standard of mental healthcare. Applications are open to experienced Registered, Counselling or Clinical Psychologists.

About The Role
n
As a Psychologist, you'll work across our inpatient and outpatient services, providing trauma-informed and person-centred mental healthcare that supports recovery and promotes long-term wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing evidence-based individual and group therapy
n
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and contributing to early intervention and care planning
n
- Delivering care coordination, including comprehensive case management and discharge planning to support safe care and life transitions
n
- Working collaboratively with psychiatrists,
nurses and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care
n
- Liaising with families, carers, community agencies and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care
n
- Supporting patients to access community services and build sustainable recovery beyond hospital care
n
- Contributing to service innovation and quality improvement initiatives
n

About You
n
n
- A recognised Psychology tertiary qualification
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- 5+ years' experience in mental health
n
- Eligibility to work in Australia
n
- A passion for trauma-informed, holistic, recovery-oriented care and collaborative practice
n
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to innovation and continuous learning
n
n
Highly Regarded Experience
n
n
- Inpatient care
n
- DBT or other trauma-specific therapies (e.g. EMDR or schema therapy)
n
- Group therapy facilitation
n
n
