- Monday – Thursday: 8-4pm, Friday: 10.30-6.30pm

THE POSITION

n

n
- Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for 220 boarding students.
n
- Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions.
n
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
n
- Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality.
n
- Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control.
n
- Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering.
n

THE PERSON

n

n
- Is a qualified chef or has demonstrated commercial kitchen experience.
n
- Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food.
n
- Can work efficiently in a busy service workplace.
n
- Has strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
- Understands food safety and hygiene requirements.
n
- Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
