Mobile Speech Pathologist | OTE $100k - $150K + Company Vehicle

Roaming Therapy is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing mobile allied health team across Melbourne.

n

This role is ideal for a Speech Pathologist with 2+ years' post-graduate experience who enjoys working autonomously and wants flexibility, strong earning potential and a varied community-based caseload.

n

You'll work primarily with paediatric clients, alongside some adult clients, providing therapy in homes, schools and community settings.

Your Responsibilities

n

As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you will:

n

n
- Conduct speech pathology assessments for paediatric and adult clients
n
- Develop individualised therapy plans based on client goals
n
- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology intervention
n
- Support clients with speech, language and communication needs
n




- Provide therapy across clients' homes, schools and community settings
n
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals
n
- Complete clinical notes, reports and required documentation
n
- Manage your caseload and appointment schedule
n
- Provide high-quality, client-centred care
n
- Travel to clients within your allocated Melbourne service area
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

n

n
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience
n
- Experience and confidence working with paediatric clients
n
- Ability and willingness to work with some adult clients
n
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
n
- Robust communication and time-management skills
n
- Ability to work confidently and independently in the community
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

NDIS experience is highly regarded.
