Job Description
This Lead Repair Coordinator role is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing the coordination of insurance repair projects while supporting the wider team to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high standard.

As a Lead Repair Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing repair coordination workflows, mentoring and supporting coordinators, improving processes, and acting as a key point of contact between supervisors, project managers, trades, insurers and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of repair coordinators, providing guidance and support across daily workflows
n
- Oversee the coordination of multiple insurance repair projects from initial approval through to completion
n
- Manage job allocation, scheduling, work orders and project priorities
n
- Monitor project timelines, KPIs and workflow performance
n
- Handle escalations and resolve issues to maintain strong customer outcomes
n
- Review documentation, compliance requirements and project records for accuracy
n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiencies and team performance
n
- Assist with training and development of junior coordinators
n
n

About You
n
n
- Extensive experience in repair coordination, insurance repairs, claims management or construction administration
n
- Robust understanding of insurance building workflows and repair processes
n
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing a team is highly desirable
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
n
n

- $80k - $95k + Super (dependent on experience)
