Job Description

About the role
n We are looking for permanent full-time Storepersons at our Blacktown site operating between the hours of 7:00am to 4:30pm, with the advantage of having a shorter day on Fridays between 7am – 2pm. As a Warehouse Operator, you'll report to the Warehouse Team Leaders and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products to meet business operations and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately pick, pack, and process distribution orders to meet daily delivery schedules
n
- Safely receive, store, and dispatch stock in line with warehouse procedures
n
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organise stock efficiently
n
- Unload containers and support customer interactions as required
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised warehouse environment in line with WHS standards
n
- Complete manual handling tasks safely and correctly
n




- Participate in cycle counts and stocktakes to support inventory accuracy
n
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations
n

What you will bring to the role

n

n
- A valid Forklift Licence with 2+ years' experience in counterbalance and high‐reach operation
n
- A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS requirements
n
- Good communication skills and a team‐focused approach
n
- A methodical, accurate work style with positive numeracy skills
n
- Basic IT skills and confidence completing paperwork and stock counts
n
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods handling
n
- Flexibility to support different warehouse tasks as needed
n
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, can‐do attitude
n
