We are currently seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager

n

The purpose of this position is to provide support and manage the Sales and shipping team to support the plant in production and loading out stock.

n

Whilst being surrounded by an experienced team and supportive leadership, you will be able to work effectively and deliver positive outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities Include?

n

n
- Ensure that KPI's are met for sales and production
n
- Manage an oversee Shipping and Documentation team
n
- Ensure and efficient flow of production through to loading out
n
- Assist managers and staff with general Production enquiries
n
- Assist managers and staff with general Shipping enquiries
n
- Assist plant staff with customer visits and tours
n
- Monthly and weekly reports
n
- Other administrative duties as required by the General Manager
n

What skill are we looking for?

n

n
- Significant computer skills and high level of competency in word processing, excel and database management
n
- Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members
n
- Behaviour consistent in line with OBEX standards
n
- Appropriate problem solving/analytical abilities
n




- Proven organisational skills with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
n
- Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs
n
- Understanding and knowledge of the beef processing industry
n
