Hi-Reach Rentals has been a market leader in the hire industry since 1997, specialising in EWPs, boom lifts, scaffolding, mast climbers and swing stages, with branches across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Thanks to strong growth in the construction industry and an expanding portfolio of work, we're building out our middle management team - and we want to grow our own rather than buy it in.

This isn't just another scaffold job

If you've got your ticket, you've done the hard yards on the tools, and you're ready to build a genuine career rather than just clock hours - this is a true ground-floor opportunity. We're looking for an Advanced Scaffolder to step into a Leading Hand / Supervisor role now, with a clear two-year runway to move off the tools and into an Estimator / Sales Account Manager position within the business. You'll keep earning excellent, experience-based pay while you lead crews and build the commercial skills to get there - and for the right person, a company vehicle is on the table too.

Now: Leading Hand Scaffolder / Supervisor - running crews, managing installs and dismantles, and owning the paperwork and sign-off side of the job.

Over the next 2 years: structured exposure to estimating, quoting and client accounts, working alongside our office and sales team.

Where you land: Estimator / Sales Account Manager - off the tools, using the on-the-ground knowledge you've already built to price jobs accurately and manage client relationships from the office.

This path suits someone who wants to stay in the industry long-term but is ready to trade the physical toll of the tools for a role where their experience does the talking.

What you'll need

- Advanced Scaffold Ticket (High Risk Licence)
- Construction White Card
- Experience with Aluminium Scaffolding, including Quick Stage and Frame Scaffolding
- Experience installing, maintaining and dismantling both Swing Stages and Mast Climbers
- Experience installing scaffolding to design requirements and completing the associated paperwork and sign-off
- Solid knowledge of current codes of practice and legislation
- Ability to read plans, problem-solve, and lead and coordinate a team
- Ability to coordinate material deliveries
- Full unrestricted driver's licence with reliable transport
- A strong, genuine focus on health and safety

Nice to have (not essential):

- MR or HR Licence
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Confined Space Ticket
