Job Description

n
- Run the daily and weekly operational cadence for the consulting team
n
- Manage day-to-day activities to support team morale, performance, and business alignment
n
- Analyze the incoming pipeline and assign consultants to Cortex XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, and Cortex Cloud projects
n
- Manage billable utilization, mitigate burnout, and convert consultant downtime into strategic initiatives, training, and process improvements
n
- Standardize and own the customer engagement lifecycle, including kick-offs, project tracking, status reporting, and communication standards
n
- Handle project delays, scoping adjustments, and operational customer escalations
n
- Keep projects on track and remove administrative or scheduling blockers
n
- Work with technical leadership and management to improve Professional Services delivery frameworks and methodologies
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience in a delivery management, practice lead, or senior project management role within an IT services, cybersecurity, or professional services organization
n
- Exceptional operational leadership skills
n
- Strong background in resource management, capacity planning, and project staffing/utilization
n
- Demonstrated ability to build and enforce engagement frameworks, standardized processes, and quality controls for professional services delivery teams
n
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, navigate operational escalations, and communicate effectively with enterprise stakeholders
n
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
n




- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a high-velocity deployment environment
n
- High emotional intelligence and leadership capability to mentor, guide, and manage consulting team morale and performance
n
- Familiarity with cybersecurity operations, SOC environments, or SIEM/Cloud Security deployments is highly desirable
n
- Must be able to work in Australia; immigration sponsorship is not available
n
