Olympus Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Redfern, NSW.

Responsibilities

- Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
n
- Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of current dishes.
n
- Train junior team members to the Olympus standard
n
- Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
n
n
Qualifications / Experience
n
n
- 1 years minimum experience required and experience
n
- Minimum qualification Trade Certificate IV or Diploma
n
- Experience in Greek cuisine a plus not essential
n
n
$75, 000- $85,000 per annum + 12% super
n
