An opportunity for an experienced IT Support or Systems Administrator to step into a broader infrastructure-focused role, combining hands-on end-user support with exposure to cloud, systems, security and DevOps practices.

This would suit someone who enjoys supporting users and solving problems on the ground, but wants to continue developing their technical capability across cloud and modern infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Supporting cloud infrastructure, monitoring and operational activities
n
- Scripting, automation, CI/CD and DevOps practices
n
- Managing and prioritising support tickets, incidents and user requests
n
- Playing a key role in a major office consolidation, including supporting the transition and stabilisation of the IT workplace
n
- Supporting and administering cloud environments across AWS and/or Azure
n
- Assisting with user access, identity and authentication across platforms such as Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft 365
n
- Supporting Windows and/or macOS devices, applications and endpoint environments
n
- Troubleshooting connectivity, VPN, DNS and general infrastructure issues
n

You'll ideally come from an IT Support, Systems Administration,



Infrastructure Support or Cloud Support background and still enjoy being hands-on with end users.

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Systems administration or infrastructure support experience
n
- Working knowledge of AWS or Azureeither is suitable, with experience across both beneficial
n
- Some exposure to DevOps concepts and tooling, particularly CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
n
- Experience with, or an understanding of, Infrastructure as Code and cloud provisioning
n
- Basic scripting or automation capability using PowerShell, Bash or Python
n
- An understanding of monitoring, alerting, incident response and troubleshooting within cloud or infrastructure environments
n
- Microsoft 365 and identity/access management experience, ideally including Okta and/or Entra ID
n
- An understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN and TCP/IP
n
- A genuine desire to develop from IT support/systems administration into a broader cloud and DevOps-focused position
n

This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn't want to move away from the people-facing side of IT, but does want to broaden their technical experience.
