Key Responsibilities
n
Apply strategic business insightsto drive profitability, operational excellence, and market growth
n
Lead, inspire, and coachyour team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
Train and maintainup-to-date product knowledge to confidently promote and sell cruise packages
n
Build and nurture relationshipswith clients, suppliers, and your local community to grow your business network
n
Manage end-to-end cruise bookingsincluding quoting, invoicing, and confirming travel arrangements.
n
Who are you?
n
Minimum 4 years' leadership experience in the retail or wholesale Cruise or Travel Industry
n
Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
n
GDS experience
n
Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
n
Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
n
