We are looking for an experienced Property Management Business Development Manager to join our established and growing team.

n

This is a dedicated business development position for someone who loves winning new managements, building relationships and growing a rent roll.

n

With dedicated administrative support, multiple offices, an established sales team, strong databases and an existing referral network, you'll have the infrastructure around you to focus on what you do best - creating opportunities, building relationships and converting new business.

The Role

n

As our Property Management BDM, you will take ownership of new business growth across our Northern Districts and Hills Districts markets.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting rental appraisals and converting new management opportunities
n
- Prospecting and developing new landlord and investor relationships
n
- Building and managing a strong new-business pipeline
n
- Following up inbound enquiries, referrals and appraisal opportunities
n
- Working closely with our sales agents to maximise investor and landlord referrals
n
- Developing relationships with local businesses and referral partners
n
- Identifying opportunities within our existing client and database network
n
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective clients
n




- Presenting our Property Management service and fee offering
n
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding and handover to our Property Management team
n
- Tracking activity, conversions and new management results
n

n

Importantly, this is not a portfolio management role. Your primary focus will be business development and rent roll growth, with dedicated administrative support to assist with the behind-the-scenes processes and allow you to remain focused on generating and converting business.

About You

n

This role will suit an experienced real estate professional who understands Property Management and has a genuine passion for business development.

n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Property Management BDM, Business Development Executive or experienced Property Manager with demonstrated recent-business results
n
- A proven ability to generate and convert new management opportunities
n
- Strong knowledge of residential Property Management and the Sydney rental market
n
- Excellent prospecting, relationship-building and negotiation skills
n
- Confidence conducting rental appraisals and presenting to landlords
n
- Strong database and pipeline management skills
n




- A proactive approach to generating business rather than relying solely on incoming leads
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- A current driver's licence
n
