Job Description

This is a high-impact advisory role for an ambitious, commercially minded property professional. As a Senior Property Investment Advisor, you will manage clients through the property investment journey - from initial consultation through to investment strategy and execution. You will understand each client's objectives, identify the right opportunities and confidently guide them towards a solution that makes sense for their circumstances. You'll have significant autonomy and be trusted to own your pipeline, manage your relationships and deliver against ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and convert a high-quality pipeline of property investment clients
n
- Conduct sophisticated discovery conversations to understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives and individual circumstances
n
- Develop compelling, solutions-based property investment strategies tailored to each client
n
- Build trust and credibility with clients through a consultative, high-value sales approach
n
- Guide clients confidently through the investment process and overcome objections with commercial intelligence and empathy
n
- Take ownership of the entire client journey from initial consultation through to commitment and execution
n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for ongoing value creation
n




- Work closely with property, finance, research and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
n
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets
n
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and proactively manage sales activity
n

About you

- Proven success in a high-performance environment
n
- Demonstrated experience consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
n
- Experience in property investment, financial services, wealth management, lending, real estate or another consultative sales setting
n
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to confidently communicate complex concepts in a simple and compelling way
n
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
n
- A track record of operating independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team
n
