- Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping organisational strategy, operating model evolution and culture

- Develop and execute financial strategies that support organisational goals and sustainability
n
- Provide strategic financial advice, planning, forecasting, and performance insights to leadership
n
- Strengthen financial resilience through funding, cash flow, investment, and risk management
n
- Manage fund accounting, grants and donor compliance across Asia–Pacific operations
n
- Appraise and help shape new and alternative funding sources
n
- Lead efficient and scalable finance operations that support growth
n
- Modernise finance systems and leverage technology to improve decision-making
n
- Strengthen processes, controls, and continuous improvement
n
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, donor, and reporting obligations
n
- Maintain strong governance frameworks and audit oversight
n
- Lead enterprise risk, fraud and anti-corruption controls
n
- Serve as Company Secretary, maintaining statutory compliance
n
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
n
- Build financial capability across the organisation through coaching

Requirements

- Experienced driving transformation, building finance functions and operating within a high accountability environment
n
- Comfortable taking a hands-on approach and operating at a strategic level
