About the role:

n

Work closely with a Partner, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate, commercial and resources matters, including:

n

n
- Mergers and acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions.
n
- Joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring.
n
- Transactions and commercial arrangements across the energy and resources sector.
n
- Corporate governance and general commercial advisory matters.
n
- Conducting due diligence and assisting on transaction documentation.
n

The ideal candidate:





n

n
- Have at least 1-4 PQE, coming from a reputable commercial law firm.
n
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
n
- Commercially minded, proactive and keen to take on responsibility.
n
- Looking for a team offering strong technical development and long‐term progression.
n
