The role

As the Manager Transformation and Change within a newly established Transformation and Change function, you will shape how change is delivered across the organisation while leading a team of dedicated professionals. Working at the centre of major organisational priorities, you will partner with executives and senior leaders to guide complex transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, helping the organisation navigate change with clarity, confidence and purpose.

This role is suited to an experienced transformation leader who can see the bigger picture, connect strategic priorities across multiple initiatives and influence outcomes at the highest levels of the organisation. You will be relied upon for your judgement, expertise and ability to bring people on the journey, balancing business needs, stakeholder expectations and organisational readiness to achieve lasting outcomes.

You’ll help establish a high-performing team, embed best-practice change approaches and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the organisation. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to lead meaningful work,

What you will bring to the role:

- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and organisational change initiatives, with a proven ability to deliver sustainable outcomes in complex and evolving environments.
- The confidence and credibility to partner with executives and senior leaders, providing trusted advice, influencing decision-making and navigating competing priorities.
- Strong leadership capability, with experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining focused on delivery, connecting organisational priorities, managing interdependencies and ensuring change initiatives translate into meaningful business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage challenging conversations and bring diverse groups of people through periods of change.
- Sound judgement and resilience, with the ability to identify risks, assess organisational impacts and adapt approaches to overcome complex challenges and resistance to change.
- Expertise in change management principles, frameworks and methodologies, coupled with the practical experience to apply them in a way that delivers real and lasting results.

Key knowledge and experience

- Knowledge, skills, and demonstrated experience in managing large-scale organisational change, delivering effective communications and project management.




- Tertiary qualifications or relevant professional certification in change management.
