Are you an HVAC technician/Installer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential HVAC Supervisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

- Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems
- Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Assist in job planning and project management to ensure timely completion of services
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical expertise on installations and repairs
- Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with senior supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician/Installer (residential experience preferred)
- Proven installation skills with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
