Job Description

We're looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join our poolside team at Breeze and Summer Salt at Elements of Byron.
n
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced resort environment. You'll be preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring our poolside areas are clean, stocked and guest‐ready at all times.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, coffee and beverages
n
- Providing friendly, attentive service to guests
n
- Managing multiple orders in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
n
- Assisting with food running and guest requests
n
- Following service standards and RSA compliance
n
n
You're someone who brings great energy, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a busy, guest‐focused environment. You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Desired Skills and Experience
n
About You:
n
n
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort environment
n
- Confident making cocktails and coffees (barista skills highly regarded)
n
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
n
- NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
n
- Ability to commit to at least 4months (WHV welcome)
n
