Goldlead Supply Chain Development (Oceania) Pty Ltd – Banksmeadow NSW

This is a permanent full-time role covering a broad range of yard and warehouse activities. You will be working across forklift and high reach operations, container and truck unloading, pick and pack, stock control, and general store duties.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods from trucks and containers for accuracy and damage
n
- Put away stock into designated racking locations using forklifts and manual handling
n
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch in line with customer requirements
n
- Safely load delivery vehicles and containers in accordance with WHS procedures
n
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts to move, stack, and arrange merchandise
n
- Carry out lifting, packing, wrapping, strapping, palletising, and crating as required
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes and cycle counts
n
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly, including delivery dockets and picking slips
n
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
n




- Report any issues or hazards within your area of responsibility to your supervisor or manager
n

About you

n

n
- Demonstrated warehousing experience
n
- Proven experience in a manual handling role
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- High reach forklift experience (Double deep Preferred)
n
- Completed manual handling training
n
- Experience with packing, wrapping, or palletising tasks
n
- Familiarity with WMS systems or RF scanning
n
- Permanent full time position following a standard probation period
n
- Variety of work across forklift, store, and yard operations
n
- Supportive team environment within an established 3PL operation
n
- Banksmeadow location, close to Port Botany with easy access from the south and inner west
n
