The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced consultants with a strong track record in education recruitment or a similar rapid-paced, sales-driven recruitment environment.

n

You will be confident in developing new business, managing and growing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

n

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for opportunities to come to them. We want people who are commercially driven, competitive, relationship-focused and passionate about being the best at what they do.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally at Senior Consultant level
n




- A strong track record of winning new business and developing client accounts
n
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
n
- A confident, resilient and commercially minded approach
n
- Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
n
- A genuine desire to take their career - and life - to Australia
