Job Description

Andaz Gold Coast is preparing to open and seeks a Guest Service Team Leader for the Communications function. You will lead a team responsible for guest interactions over the phone, shaping the guest experience from day one.

You will coach colleagues to deliver confident, personalised service, coordinate requests across departments, and support pre-opening systems testing and SOP development. This is a premier pre-opening leadership prospect.
