An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join a rapidly growing consulting organisation in Sydney.

n

This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll work across the full customer lifecycle – from helping to win new work and shape solutions, through to delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects and supporting existing customers.

n

The business is experiencing significant growth, so there will be plenty of opportunity to take ownership, broaden your skills and work across a variety of customers and projects.

The Role

n

You will be involved in:

n

n
- End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations
n
- Working across Talent modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession and Learning
n
- Requirements gathering, workshops, configuration, testing and deployment
n
- Supporting pre-sales activities, solution discussions and proposals
n
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Providing ongoing consulting and support to established clients
n




- Working closely with a collaborative and experienced SuccessFactors team
n

n

About You

n

You will ideally bring:

n

n
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
n
- Experience across multiple SuccessFactors Talent modules
n
- End-to-end implementation experience
n
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to work across both project and support environments
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across different areas of the business
n
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
n
